IFC Films Unlimited Product Design

After the launch of AMC+, the business looked at what was released and decided that there was tremendous value that could be applied to their other networks. The IP of the design system, as well as the technology and infrastructure for a DTC business, were repeatable components of the process.

In the fall of 2021, IFC Films Unlimited wanted to build on and adapt the AMC+ design system for their own needs and new DTC strategy. We collaborated closely with their team to define the visual evolution of their brand, and aligned on their unique content offering curated by independent filmmakers. The majority of our robust design system scaled to support their needs, with minor modifications to a film-centric product experience.

In comparison to the first monthslong build of robust new products for AMC+, we were able to reskin, extend and update an entirely new product experience for IFC Films unlimited in under 3 weeks. Across web, app and TV platforms.
