Through a team of 6 creatives––including copywriters, videos and animators, sound mixers, graphic designers and illustrators—we defined and crafted all design aspects of our DTC marketing efforts. Our team collaborated with a variety of marketing functions to bring our work to life:

  • Affiliate marketing
  • Growth marketing
  • Teams and RSN marketing
  • Lifecycle marketing
  • Brand 

We had team members across multiple time zones across the US, with experience levels ranging from creative director to intern. It took a couple months to find our rhythm, but once we did the team’s high communication, collaboration and organization became some of our greatest assets. Our lean and nimble  team sat at the corporate level, while smaller and more focused teams sat at the regional level. This meant our group worked tightly with marketing leadership to define creative direction and aesthetic of our brand, templates then toolkits, and then filtered that work down to all regional designers.

In support of the marketing functions listed above, we delivered on a wide range of assets including app store creative, print pieces, display ads, social posts and videos, emails, in-arena and stadium creative, commercial slates, bus shelters, ads, microsites and brand campaigns. As the marketing budget and my role grew, I became involved with vendors to define robust campaigns and toolkits for widespread usage across all touchpoints.
